3. Accounts
Accounts are created automatically the first time you sign in with Google. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and for keeping your Google account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you publish on the Site — posts, comments, and contributions ("User Content"). By publishing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating the Site. You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to publish it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes another person's rights
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
- Publish plagiarized content — original posts are automatically checked against previously published work
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's normal operation
- Circumvent the Site's age-verification or content-gating features
6. Contributions & payments
Contributors may submit paid contributions to another author's post, along with payment details for that author to review. Any payment made in connection with an accepted contribution happens directly between the contributor and the author — we are not a party to that transaction, do not process payments, and are not responsible for disputes arising from it.
7. Moderation & removal
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
8. Intellectual property
The Site's name, logo, design, and underlying software are our property or that of our licensors and may not be used without permission. This does not affect your ownership of your own User Content, as described in Section 4.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content published by contributors — views expressed belong to their individual authors, not to us.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, or from any User Content published on it.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
